Lucia Darrow is a Master’s student in Industrial Engineering in the School of Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering at Oregon State University. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. As a member of the Process Improvement Group research team at Oregon State University, Lucia conducts research on organizational resilience and the application of operations research concepts to human systems. She has experience with data analytics and data mining from G5 in Bend, OR. Her thesis studies involve quantifying organizational resilience in healthcare and exploring the relationships between physician burnout, lean implementation, and organizational resilience.
