Mina Azhar

Mina Azhar is currently pursuing her PhD in Industrial Engineering in the School of Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering at Oregon State University along with a minor in Statistics. She received her B.S. in Industrial and System Engineering in Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in South Korea and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management in Oklahoma State University, specializing in Supply Chain Systems. During her master’s, she worked in the New Product Development Center consulting for small businesses as a research assistant. After graduating, she worked for the Kaizen Section in the Vehicle Logistics Division in Toyota Astra Motor Indonesia.

As a member of the Process Improvement group, her research focuses on lean sustainability strategies through conceptual change in various working environments.
